Our aim is to attended refrigeration repair and service calls on a same day next day basis to reduce down time. This may vary dependant on very busy spells, distance and weather conditions and will be advised of at time of booking.
Domestic attendance/assessment charges are inclusive of labour within the first hour.
Commercial attendance/assessment charges exclude our standard labour charge*.

All prices exclude vat at standard rate of 20%. Please note that due to current rising fuel costs prices may change and vary without notice.
* Commercial Labour charge applies at normal rate 24/7. AMC operates a labour charge using an electronic timed attendance duration system. Labour charges are calculated @ £50 per hour.
Commercial out of hours rates apply after 5pm weekdays Mon/Fri 1.5 x call rate till 00:00 hrs after 00:00 & Sat/Sun public holidays 2 x call rate labour rate same as day rate 24/7.
** Mileage charges may apply to certain postal codes and will be advised of during the booking process. Ferry/toll/parking charges apply at all times. Ferry charges may vary due to annual cost structures set by operators.
